Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any paperwork that may be necessary.
As you prepare for your upcoming appointment, please know that we've implemented a number of changes in our office to help ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff during the COVID-19 crisis. Below are some of the changes that you should expect. Please feel free to contact our office in advance of your appointment if you have any questions or concerns.
- Contact our office to reschedule your appointment if you have noticed symptoms of COVID-19 over the past 14 days, are awaiting COVID test results, or if you have been in contact with anyone over the past 14 days that has tested positive for or is currently under investigation for COVID-19.
- Face coverings are now optional, and may be required on occasion.
- Only patients will be allowed in the office. Accompanying family members and companions will be asked to please wait in the car (unless assistance is required).
